SuperRoll - The Original McKenzie®

SuperRoll - The Original McKenzie®

This low-profile lumbar roll promotes a natural posture in the low back while in a seated position, by supporting the lumbar spine and preventing a slouched posture. Featuring a bevelled design, the more contoured shape is slimmer than the Standard Roll, but with increased density. Particularly beneficial for those who develop pain in the low back or lower extremities while seated.

Ideal for use with travel, the adjustable, removable strap with hook and loop backing directly adheres to fabric backed chairs or the seats of your car or truck. Featuring a durable, non-wrinkle, moisture wicking 100% polyester cover. The strap does contain latex.

The SuperRoll measures approximately 16" L x 2" D x 6" H.

Made in the USA.

How are firm and standard lumbar roll different?
My pain is not chronic or constant. Comes and goes after months. Will I need firm or standard lumbar roll?

  • Hi Samuel,

Generally you would want to use the firm lumbar roll if you are super sensitive to flexion (someone who really needs to avoid flexion with/bending forward/maintain a curve in lower back).  You would also use the firm if you are of larger stature.  Some also just find it more comfortable to use then the standard or super roll.

In your case, based on the fact your pain is not constant or severe it sounds like the standard roll or super roll would be the best fit.
